Reconcile the Tag Register extracted from the drawings against the client's official asset list — the independent reference. Every asset is matched on its tag number as a deterministic join, not a guess: assets on both sides, assets drawn but never listed, assets on the official list that the extraction did not find, and assets where a mapped field disagrees. The join is exact on the normalized tag number (leading/trailing and internal spaces are tolerated; case and hyphens are significant — P-101 ≠ P 101).
