Merge the three signed-off extractor outputs — valve schedule, instrument index, equipment register — into one canonical Master Tag Register, joined on the tag number. This is a deterministic merge, not extraction: no drawings re-read, no AI, nothing invented. It organizes disagreement — same tag in two classes stays two rows, a disagreeing field keeps both values — but it never resolves which source is right. The downloaded CSV is the register; this screen is just its preview.
