Optional upgrade

Get quality control with P&ID QC

An upgrade on top of P&ID Extraction — validates your extraction against the drawing itself and flags what doesn't match. No separate tool to open.

P&ID QC Quality Control

Quality control for your extracted P&ID data — surfaces line-number inconsistencies worth a second look, the kind of check that otherwise means going line by line by hand. Validates every line against the drawing itself.

  • Checks every valve's assigned line against the drawing
  • Flags contradictions, recoverable blanks, and self-conflicts
  • Never changes an assignment on its own — review-only
  • Works on clean, CAD-native P&IDs

Project-based

Get document recovery and digitize your drawings with Legacy Archive Digitizer

A different product for a different job — recovering data from scanned, decades-old, or otherwise degraded drawings. Project-based, not a subscription.

Legacy Archive Digitizer

Recovers what it can from scanned drawings and decades-old plant records into a structured starting point. How much recovers depends on the drawing itself.

Flat fee per project — not a subscription

  • Starter batch — up to 50 drawings
  • Standard batch — up to 150 drawings
  • Large program — custom scope
  • See full pricing and submit a project on the Legacy page

FAQ

Anything else? Email us.

Do you store my drawings?

Document handling and retention is covered in our Privacy Policy. For specific data-handling requirements, contact hello@pidintelligence.com.

What does the free trial include?

One free extraction on any tool — no credit card required. Beta users with an access code get 5 extractions. Reply to your welcome email to request a beta code.

Can my whole team use one subscription?

Yes. PID Intelligence is priced per firm, not per seat. Your whole team can use the same account with no extra cost.

What drawing types does the P&ID tool support?

PDF drawings — annotated, vector, or scanned. Geometric symbol detection runs locally in your browser first for instant valve identification. AI vision handles field reading, spec code recovery, and voting consensus. Export from AutoCAD using File > Export > PDF for best results.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. No contracts, no lock-in. Cancel any time from your account settings or by emailing hello@pidintelligence.com.

Do you offer project-based pricing?

Yes — the Archive Digitizer offers a flat-fee project option for one-time digitization work. Contact hello@pidintelligence.com for project scopes and pricing.
