This agreement governs your participation in the PID Intelligence beta program. By submitting a beta application and using your access code, you agree to these terms in full.
PID Intelligence is operated by AdaptIQ Solutions Inc. (operating as PID Intelligence), a British Columbia corporation. This agreement is between you and AdaptIQ Solutions Inc. References to "PID Intelligence", "we", "us", and "our" mean AdaptIQ Solutions Inc.
Beta access is granted by invitation only. Your access code is personal and non-transferable. PID Intelligence reserves the right to revoke access at any time for misuse or breach of these terms.
PID Intelligence will not disclose your documents or data. All drawings and documents you upload are processed transiently and discarded after extraction. For vector PDFs, geometric analysis runs entirely in your browser — no drawing data is sent to any third party for this step. For scanned or raster PDFs, rasterized images are sent to Anthropic's Claude API and Google Cloud Vision for extraction; PID Intelligence uses API configurations designed to minimize data retention and prevent model training where supported by vendor terms. Data handling is subject to each vendor's API terms of service. Documents are never stored or shared by PID Intelligence beyond the immediate session.
You agree not to:
PID Intelligence, its name, interface, extraction methodology, AI configuration, and output formats are the exclusive intellectual property of the PID Intelligence business owner. Beta access does not grant any licence to reproduce or commercialise the PID Intelligence process. You retain full ownership of your uploaded documents and extracted output.
PID Intelligence is not engineering services and does not replace engineering judgment. It does not provide engineering advice, design review, regulatory compliance determinations, or professional certification. All output is machine-generated extraction data and requires independent review and verification by a qualified professional before use in design, procurement, or construction. PID Intelligence accepts no liability for errors in extracted data or decisions made based on unverified output. The tool is provided as-is.
Beta participants agree to provide honest feedback via the in-tool feedback form. Feedback is used solely to improve the product and will not be attributed to you without consent.
Your name, email, and firm name are collected for beta program administration only. Usage logs (timestamps, file sizes) are retained for operational purposes. Full details in our Privacy Policy.
This agreement is governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
